Part Of The Dan Grade consists of a written examination, those sitting their first Dan will be tested on the bone & muscle structure of the Human Body.

Those Sitting their 2nd Dan will Also Be Tested On The Knee Joint.

You Will Be Required to submit a written project on the above, you need to discuss with your Instructor What is Required.
